Single room Liverpool

Newly decorated single room in a house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Liverpool. Transport links within 5 minute walk and journey time to Liverpool city centre is approximately 25 minutes. I have over 10 years experience hosting foreign language students at a number of schools in the city and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. There is just me at the address (and Ziggy the cat) and I work full time. I love hosting, as it has enable me to meet so many great people and I hope to continue doing so in the future. Whilst I enjoy chatting and getting to know guests, I do ask that guests respect my right for privacy. Both of my listings are for private room and use of bathroom. I'm very happy for guests to access kitchen (only to use microwave/oven before 9pm or make tea/toast in the morning) too. However, I ask guests to be mindful that this is my home and I reserve the right for privacy in the lounge area. Please have the courtesy to provide expected time of arrival when booking. I am not home 24/7 and this allows me time to plan in advance for somebody to greet you Under no circumstances should guests use my address for correspondence. Anybody doing so will be reported.
