Campbell Cottage

This quaint cottage sits at the back of a property located in East Toowoomba on one of Toowoomba's famous camphor laurel streets within walking distance to the city center. A spacious backyard with a jacaranda tree and two friendly dogs to greet you on your arrival - at least one will greet you and the other probably hide! The whole Cottage at the rear of the property is available for guests; the driveway has a side parking section or you can try parking in the northern space in my shed - this is best for small cars. Full use of the cottage and free street parking and/or off street parking. We live in the residence at the front of the property and the guest house is an appropriate distance from the main house to afford privacy. The surrounding area has the Botanic Gardens (300 metres), Queens Park (500 metres), Cobb & Co. museum, restaurants & cafes & pubs and all within walking distance to the city centre, Bus stops within walking distance (approx 400 metres), walking distance to most amenities and cheap taxi or uber fare to town if you can't walk. Queens Park & Botanical Gardens are just down the Street with the TAFE on the other side from the park. Multiple cafes and pubs and shops within walking distance though you wouldn’t know it when ensconced in the cottage.
