Our beautiful and spacious villa with swimming pool is fully equipped; it has 3 large air conditioned bedrooms each with bathroom and terrace and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is just 200m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (Mont Choisy beach), in a very recent and secured residence with Restaurant, wince cellar, huuuuuge Lagoon Pool and Fitness Center. Linen, sheets & towels, cleaning, garden and pool maintenance are included (many other services on request). Our villa is close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (Mont Choisy beach, 5 min walk). It is located in a gated and secured residence 24/24 with indoor parking. Guest also have access to the huge lagoon pool, to the restaurant, to the wine cellar and to the Fitness Center (with supplement). Numerous restaurants and small shops are situated within walking distance. Equipments: Fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, TV And DVD player (including french movies DVDs), WIFI present throughout the villa. There is also an office area with storage space for ... working (!) Total area: ~ 200m² + 27m² for the swimming pool Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Sun loungers, armchairs and umbrella are also available. We can also accommodate a baby under 3 years free of charge. The Villa is equipped with a cot (folding bed) and a small bathtub. Services included: Personalized welcome on arrival and departure. Maid 2 times a week, gardener, piscinist. Free access to the lagoon pool. Additional services on request: Airport transfers, taxis, rental car, excursions, visits, .... For golf players, there is a brand new 18 hole golf course next to the residence (Mont Choisy Le Golf). WARNING: The swimming pool of the Villa and the common lagoon pool are private; they are not under surveillance and remains under your full responsibility, especially for children and people who cannot swim. All tips on good addresses, tours and excursions will be shared with great pleasure, and can be organized for you on request. The residence is quiet and is close to the center of the village of Mont Choisy, its shops and its beach cited as one of the most beautiful of the island, reachable by foot in just 5 minutes and to the brand new 18 hole golf course situated next to the residence. We can recommend a small restaurant "Chez Stephanie" (fresh food, simple and affordable) and also #36 on the sea side (larger and modern). Guests can also easily reach the beautiful Trou aux Biches beach. A bus stop near the residence serves Pointe aux Canonniers, the shopping center La Croisette, Grand Bay but also Trou aux Biches and Port Louis. Distances: 2km from the large shopping center La Croisette, 3km from Grand Baie and ~ 30km from Port Louis.
