Complete with 2 bedrooms and two queen beds; one has a tempurpedic mattress; the second bedroom has a pillow top mattress. High quality linens make sleeping here a luxurious experience. 2 bathrooms, living room and dining area complete this beach condo. Located 2 blocks to the beach one block to a local Market and restaurants. More restaurants and night life just a few blocks further. You can also stay in - on your large enclosed patio and enjoy friends and family. If you enjoy walking, park the car and go! You will love Playa Del Rey! You can also take the car to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey and more. Boogie boards and beach chairs are furnished, and beach biking is available at an additional charge. See how the Angelenos live and play in L.A.! Available for your stay are two parking spaces in a gated area below the condo. You will have access to the whole condo and sunroom for your enjoyment. I also have a washer and dryer on the patio for your use, complete with detergent and dryer sheets. I actually live about 100 miles away so I try to plan my trips to meet the needs of the guest or cleaning and stocking responsibilities. two blocks to Dockweiler beach, one block restaurants, convenience stores. Sunshine and ocean breezes all day long. There is only one bus that makes it to Playa Del Rey, and if the driver takes a day off, it does not run. Please don't rely on the bus service from my neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly, so say hello as they pass by the sunroom!
