Welcome! Our place is located in quiet part of the bay on the sea front line, you don't need to drive or handle a lot of stairs to get to the beach. Apartment has a great sea and mountain view, it is close to everything you should see: Roman Mosaics, Perast, Lady of The Rock island church, Kotor. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. We provide free parking, beach sun beds and sun umbrella. One child under 12 as third person stays with no charge. Our place is located in central part of the Bay of Kotor, quiet part, with great views. Sea is in front of the property so you can have beautiful evenings and mornings on the balcony or go to swim any time you want. Apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities you will need during your stay. Also we are available for you anytime if you need anything. I am available anytime on the phone, mail, Viber or (Hidden by Airbnb) . Regarding safety of all of us and according to local regulations we practice social distancing, less live interaction and wearing face masks. We are in the quiet part of the bay, away from everything and close to everything. Closest super market, restaurant and bar is 1.5 km away. Car is recommended but you also have local bus to Kotor every hour and it stops on request in front of the property. City visitor tax 1€ per person per day is due on arrival in cash, except children under 12. It's non smoking property including balcony, no electronic cigarette also.
