Welcome to our lovely apartment! This is a fantastic apartment located in Playa ElisaBay in RioMar, near to Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras, available for holiday rental. Our lovely house has 2 bedrooms, a large private terrace and a private free parking place. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and has all amenities needed for an amazing stay! Dmitri & Inessa The apartment is located in a private complex, with two large swimming pools, safe children play area, and a small garden. The apartment is facing a quite street, which is much better and private, than facing the communal area! The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction panel, washing machine, powerful hairdryer, iron, etc. In the kitchen we have all of the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. TV with more than 30 English and Spanish channels is also available as well as speedy Wi-Fi access. For hot summer months we have air conditioning in the living room, that works as a heater in winter months. Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. We also provide beach towels, so you don't have to bring them with you! Our apartment is ideal for couples or small families that want a quiet holiday near the beach and local amenities.  The are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, and Dialprix store is just a few hundreds meters away! Two nice beaches are available within walking distance of about 500 an 700 meters.
