Costa Secca is an old Ligurian stone house that was completely renovated in 2017. Care was taken not to destroy the original charm, but to offer all the amenities a guest expects today. In the building there is an apartment and a separate studio, each with its own bathroom and entrance. The kitchen and living area are shared, although the studio also has an extra cupboard kitchen. The house has three terraces. One connects directly to the kitchen and living room and offers a wonderful view of the Ligurian Maritime Alps. On the next one you can dine excellently at the large dining table under the shade of the persimmon tree. The third houses a cozy, covered outdoor-lounge and invites you to relax, read or meditate. And the large pool (approx. 26 mq) offers cooling and lots of fun. Pool exclusively for guests The person who looks after the guests can be reached by phone and, if necessary, is on site in a short time. The village of Rezzo itself has everything for daily life: a bar, a restaurant and an alimentari. The next larger town is Pieve di Teco, only 10 minutes away by car. It offers all kind of shops and several restaurants. And Imperia, the capital of Liguria, is only half an hour away by car, offers all the amenities of a provincial capital and several beaches. Like the entire Ligurian coast, Rezzo and the surrounding area offer a wide range of hiking and cycling opportunities.
