LA PETITE CASE

Charming two storey stone cottage, in a quiet charentais hamlet with off road parking facilities and a private courtyard. The cottage has a fitted equipped kitchen area with dishwasher in the downstairs sitting/dining room. On the first floor is the double bedroom with shower room and seperate toilet. On the second floor is the childrens room with twin beds and possiblility of third one and cot. The stairs up to this room are accessed by passing through the double room. Shared pool. This cottage is ideal for a Holiday break in Charente. We can do short stays with a minimum of two nights. The facilities are clean, practical and confortable offering good value for money. The cottage is self-contained and has a private courtyard and parking spaces are available in our courtyard. The pool is on the otherside of the courtyard and a wall. We live on the other side of the barn and are available most days. We have lived here for 30 years and can give plenty of information to our visitors.
