Typical English period house, leafy suburbia - 1 bedroom to sleep 1 guest, with own sink unit and shared bathroom. This is our family home but guests also have use of kitchen, 2 sitting rooms and a conservatory. Easy access to centre in 20 mins/10 mins by train. The added bonus is the proximity to Liverpool's Training Ground at Melwood, where a lot should be going on in the next few weeks. Anfield only 30 mins away. Also, within close proximity of Aintree Races. We're only 20 mins away from Lime Street Station and only 25 mins away from John Lennon Airport. You'll have your own private room in the house. We ask guests to feel free to use the lounge, dining room and conservatory areas as well as the kitchen so that your stay with us is pleasant. We'll be available to assist with any help you might need throughout your stay. Our neighbourhood is in leafy suburbia. There is a good network of shops and restaurants only a short distance away by foot. All major hospitals are near: Alder Hey children's Hospital is a ten minute walk, and Broadgreen a twenty minute walk. Whiston is only a short drive away and The Royal only 20 minutes by bus. A train station for easy access into town is nearby as well as several regular bus routes, with buses every few minutes. There is a car rental company just 5 mins away and a regular taxi service if required.
