Charming village house at 100m from Lake Geneva in Hermance, 14 km from Geneva. Independent entrance on inner courtyard. South facing terrace with shade cloth. On the ground floor, entrance with massage table and separate toilet. The 1st floor is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table for 4 persons and a new kitchen fully equipped. The second floor has a double bed (160cm), a double chest of drawers, closets, a pebbled Italian shower, toilet and washbasin. The house is fully equipped for your comfort with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, an oven and induction plates, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, wifi, a fridge, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, it is a real mattress and two people can sleep on it. You have access to the entire apartment and to a private terrace. I am available at all times to answer any questions you may have during your stay and to help you if necessary from a distance to guide you in the activities to do in the village. Renowned village and classified as historical heritage. The house is located at 100m from the lake and a grassy beach, it is very convenient to get there at any time of the day. The view from the lake is magnificent, with a view of the Swiss mountains. The fishery in the harbor allows you to buy fresh fish, especially the famous "perches of the lake", which you can cook the same evening. There are 4 restaurants in the village to satisfy all tastes. The E bus goes directly to the city of Geneva in 30 minutes every day and the schedule is very convenient. Hermance is located in the countryside near the lake, there are nice walks to do in the upper part of the village or along the docks. You can swim safely thanks to a supervised and maintained grass beach. Paddleboat rental available. Kite-surfing and boat rental available from the port. You can store your bikes inside for more security. Animals are tolerated as long as they are clean and do not damage the furniture. I will gladly lend you my paddle to go to the lake. I rent my boat by the day if you have the boat license.
