The room and living areas have sweeping views of the sea. Easy walk to beach, golf course and public transport. Please note this rental is for the bedroom, ensuite and shared access to the house. Perched on a hill overlooking Malabar Bay out to the Pacific Ocean, my home offers a true resort feel with the sights and smells of the fresh sea air, with the beach just 200m from the house. The master suite offers sweeping views and there are two outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Quality linen is provided. Everything you need for a relaxing Sydney escape. Guests have access to the top floor, with the master bedroom and ensuite with shower, as well as the living area, which includes indoor-outdoor living, kitchen, a plunge pool and spa. Healthy breakfasts and dinners are available upon request. I live here with my 2 daughters and small, fluffy dog and new kitten. Our bedrooms are on the lower levels, offering you privacy yet friendly and helpful people on the premises. The neighbourhood is quite residential with a seaside village feel, while having easy bus access to the CBD. There are local cafes, shops and golf courses, restaurants and coastal walks literally at the doorstep that can take you up along the coast to Dover Heights. Public transport is 300m from the house, with buses regularly going to the City and Central Station. Street parking is also available.
