The house is within 5 minutes walk of buses into Manchester, only a 15 minutes bus ride from the house. Free on road parking, 5 mins walk to supermarkets and shopping centre, Bogart Clough Park and many other local amenities in Harpurhey. The house has patio doors opening out to a courtyard. There is a washing machine, 65 inch smart TV and WiFi. There is a lounge with a 65 inch TV, free broadband and 2 leather sofas. The kitchen diner is modern and clean, it has every utensil and item that you will need to do your own cooking. There is a dining table and chairs that can be extended out. There is a WC on the ground floor. The bathroom on the 1st floor has shower over bath. Bedroom one has an ensuite shower room. The house has some nice features and is very stylishly decorated throughout. There are 2 desks in the house, one in room one and the 2nd in room 2. Room 4 has ample space for you to also bring your own if you are wanting to stay for a while. You will have access to the whole house and will not share any areas with anyone else. We offer self check in, so you can arrive at the time to suit you and also to ensure social distancing. I will be available and responsive via AirBnB messaging if you have any issues during your stay. I will check in with you via phone to make sure you are happy and have all that you need. The house is on a residential road, with little traffic passing, bar other locals. The rear of the property has a small patio and courtyard, so you can enjoy having the patio doors open out from the kitchen diner on a warmer day. The beautiful Bogart Clough park is just a minute away from the house too, so you are close to nature and some lovely walks. It feels clean and calm, so also good if you just want a home away from home for a few days to chill out of get some work done. We have a dining table and 2 desks at the property so you can get some work done or finish that writing project. There is also free, on street parking in front of the property and on neighbouring streets. The buses that pass close to the property from and to Manchester are (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and 52, among others. It takes around 15/20 minutes on the bus into Manchester Victoria, or a 15 minute car journey, so you are close to the city, but thankfully will be without the noise or the hassle. It is a leisurely 30 minute walk into the city. There are also buses to the Universities, to North Manchester and also beyond. There is a tram stop 15/20 minute walk away too. The area is very well connected. If you are arriving by car there is parking on the public road in front of the property for free. Strictly no parties or gatherings. Only the number of guests in the booking permitted in the property day or night.
