The house in the heart of Tuscany, near the sea (30 km.) Tirrenia, Versilia, Costa Livornese; close to the cities of art (Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano); also close to many characteristic cellars and restaurants, the owner, a retired gentleman who lives alone on the ground floor of the building, personally takes care of all the maintenance of the house and of the agricultural land and is always at your disposal for information or needs.
