Grace of Gawler - WiFi Netflix & train @ your door

Beautiful stone home in Gawler South - pet friendly & just a few minutes walk to the main street, pubs, restaurants, cinema & railway station. A fabulous front veranda made for morning tea, afternoon drinks, or just to view the world go by. Large rooms, full kitchen with servery to lounge & dining area, free hi speed WiFi & Netflix. There is a large back yard with plenty of room for your fur babies to stretch their legs too! We have off-street parking for 8 cars. The back yard is secure and pet friendly, as is the front yard and verandah. There's a kettle BBQ for your use. You'll find a coffee pod machine in the kitchen, fresh milk and everything you need to cater for large or small groups. There is also a servery from the kitchen through to the dining area making it very functional...and quirky! "Grace" is a beautiful, renovated character stone home with floorboards throughout, adorned with Persian rugs. The bathroom isn't display home beautiful, but is completely functional and has a lovely rainfall shower head (with great pressure!) over a bath. There is an additional powder room area just outside the bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is large and spacious, ready for you and your friends or family. There are two split system AC's and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. I'm happy to cater to early check in, or late check out, where possible. Any other requests/ wishes etc just ask and I will see what I can do -) You will have the entire house to yourself, and at times you may be able to choose your bed too. You will also have access to the rest of the property and be able to utilize parking out the front, or the rear lane access for off-street parking. We only live a few minutes away and can help with anything you need. There is a lockbox for keys when you arrive. You are close to "everything", but still set back from the main road. There is a little traffic noise when outside, but nothing excessive. If you are after "country serenity" then you may need to head a little further out of town. If you want a cross between country and convenience then this is a pretty good bet! The Gawler train station is a minutes walk away, and takes 50 - 60 minutes to Adelaide Central Station. Uber has found Gawler , and there are taxis also. The Barossa Valley is 30 minutes away and the Clare Valley an hours drive. There is parking out the front of Grace, and off street secure parking in the back yard, accessed from the side lane. One of the beds is a sleep number bed and you can have different hardness settings each side. There are 2 split system AC's and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. All the rooms have very high ceilings and Grace stays naturally fairly cool anyway. There is a 6 burner stove and oven for catering, microwave oven, various pots pans and utensils for cooking a feast. Otherwise there are many eating options within walking distance.
