Relax and rest at the seaside, we're a stone's throw away from Tynemouth longsands, Cullercoats Bay & Tynemouth Village. Park up your car on our drive & spend the rest of the week on the beach, at the station market, in the bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoy the many sports available surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, open water swimming, golf, cycling or build a sandcastle . Newcastle is a 25 minute metro ride away & the apartment is easily in walking distance from both train stations. A newly renovated first floor apartment with cosy decor, plenty storage, space for Prams and sports equipment stored in the ground floor utility area. There is a space dedicated for home working slightly away from the main living area for those needing to keep in touch with the office. You have the full use of the whole apartment. Outside we have a garden area with a patio area to sit outside, relax and dine on if needed. The Beaconsfield is a 2 minutes walk if you want to play games on grass and we are next door to Tynemouth Park with its boating lake, bowling green, inflatable slides, crazy golf, pirate maze and playpark. There are 2 additional play parks minutes away on links road and on the headland of cullercoats bay. We have chosen to be a pet free apartment. Relax while watching the sunrise on our blue flag beach, or go golfing, swimming, kayak, paddle boarding, walk into the village for lunch, dinner or shopping. Everything is in walking distance along the spectacular coastline. The old bakery is a private detached building in a quiet residential area. You will have the whole apartment to yourself to enjoy with space on the drive and an outside garden space. Guests can walk to Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Whitley bay drive or take the metro or bus. The metro stations are a few minutes walk taking you to the the whole of North and South Tyneside. The apartment is so central and close to fantastic amenities you should be easily access everywhere without any problem.
