LAKE HOUSE @ Jack's Lake Lodge Cottage Rentals

Our 1340 sq.ft. Lake House is a 4 season rental. This cozy, modern farmhouse style cottage featuring shiplap walls, stone gas fireplace and screened in porch has everything you need for a tranquil retreat. Cottage has full kitchen, 1 & 1/2 baths, has an open concept design. TV, satellite and wifi. 1 dock slip/ cottage and use of our sandy beach and all beach toys. Required to bring: pillows, blanket/comforters, towels, soap and toilet paper. No pet policy! NO SMOKING any substances inside! Our property consists of 3 cottages and 6 seasonal trailer sites. The sandy beach is accessible to all of our guests as is the use of our lily pad mat, paddle boards, canoe and kayak. Each of our accommodations have their own camp fire pits. COTTAGE IS TO BE LEFT CLEAN THE WAY IT WAS FOUND AT CHECK-IN ***please note - if booking over a holiday weekend a three night minimum stay is required*** Jack's Lake Lodge Cottage Rentals is situated in the northwest corner of Brook's Bay. We are a quick 5 minute drive to the town of Apsley where you can find our local grocery store, LCBO, North Kawartha Library, North Kawartha Community Centre which features and ice pad and fitness gym...our town has other local shops worth taking a gander. We are a convenient 2 minute walk down the road to the local marina's and the public boat launch. Cottages will be left unlocked and ready for check in at the agreed time. We will come and check on you while you are visiting us and are available through out your stay to answer any questions or concerns. Located only 5 minute drive from the small village of Apsley and a 2 minute walk to our local Marina’s. Town is easily accessible by car or bicycles. Jack Lake Rd. is used by many joggers and cyclist.
