Private self-contained unit on edge of rainforest

Only 4 minutes to Montville nestled on 2.3 acres this beautiful self-contained unit has its own private rainforest.Just a short walk to a cafe and just minutes away from restaurants, Kondalilla National Park, Flaxton Gardens. The unit is tastefully decorated with kitchen, wardrobe , full length mirror, aircon, wi fi, smart tv with Netflix ,carport, private entry. Please read the “Other things to note section”for details about the rainforest from October to March We live on the property in the main house and respect your privacy. You have your own carport space and private entry. If there happens to be anything you need you just let us know. A beautiful golden retriever lives on the property who may pay you a visit. Please do not let her in the unit or feed her. We have a Telsta aerial for telstra mobile phone reception or if you are with another provider and your phone allows it you can click into wifi calling to get phone reception. Flaxton is close to everything, yet you feel a million miles away. Our place is a four minute drive to the beautiful towns of Montville and Mapleton.Restaurants, pubs, hikes, trails, Mapleton Falls, Kondallila National Park, scenic lookouts, and shops. Please note that in October a small amount of female bats arrived in the rainforest to give birth to there young which can make the rainforest a little noisy at times. Guests are not normally worried by this as they are in the rainforest not around the unit. They fly out at night around 6:00 pm and don’t come back till around 5:00am the next morning. They can be noisy when they fly back so we have supplied earplugs if you need. Guests don’t generally need to use them. They do make some noise during the day however it blends in with all the other bird life sounds of a rainforest. The joys of living on a rainforest . They will depart the rainforest around March and go to a warmer climate for 6 months. Wifi is available As we live on the edge of a rain forest, we have a Telstra mobile ariel if you have a Testra phone. For all other providers as long as your phone has wifi calling you can kick into that for phone reception.
