For long-staying guests, they don't need to pay electricity, internet and water bills. No security deposit and IPL too. I would be happy to help my guests during their stay when needed. - Restaurants and cafes in the nearby Malls serve wide varieties of foods and beverages. If you get bored with the in-situ restaurants and cafes, just walk across the street less than 5 minutes to find street-hawkers cook sumptuous Indonesian foods and taste durian as a dessert. - Laundry service and grocery stores are available in Tulip Tower next to the Tower Lobby. - Kalibata shopping centers and train station are just 2-5 minutes walk from the Lobby. It is advisable to use public transport during weekdays as Tulip Tower is just steps away from taxi/bus/Grab/Go Car stop and minutes walk from Kalibata train station. However, guests with private vehicles may find self-paid parking lots around Tulip Tower easier than in other Towers as it is near Exit Gates 3 and 4 (the vehicles' exit point to the main road.) - Please use the premise and its facilities with care and respect. The guests will be liable for any damage/ lost items occur during their stay. - Early check-in and or late check-out are available upon requests and subject to the availability (outgoing or incoming guests reservations) - Possession of drugs & other psychotropic substances, prostitution & indecent acts, firearms & ammunition are strictly prohibited and subject to thorough investigation and severe punishment. - Law-abiding guests will feel safe staying in Tulip Tower as it is considered as one of the secured Tower in Kalibata City. Many operative units of the Indonesian law enforcement agencies, including National Anti Narcotics Agency, frequently visit the Tower and its surroundings. - The guest/s are not allowed to rent the Unit to a 3rd party or unlisted guests and to conduct any activities contrary to the Indonesian laws, regulations and public norms during their stay in the premises. - Pets, smoking and partying are not allowed inside the Unit. - Health protocols during COVID-19 pandemic should be observed and carried out at all times.
