Boutique self contained Studio

The Studio is a blend of modern furnishings with a slight French feel to it. We have a beautiful self contained Studio space (sitting room area / bedroom area / kitchen and ensuite shower room). The Studio has easy access to all of the amenities in the village. We are just off the High Street, this means our Studio is very quiet and restful. There is a kitchen area that provides our guests with tea, coffee (coffee pod machine) making facilities. fridge, hob, microwave. The Five Arrows which holds many weddings throughout the year is within walking distance of the property along with 2 Public Houses, The Lion and The Long Dog, both of these establishments have restaurants within them. The village also has a small shop/post office, an Indian Restaurant and a Chinese takeaway which also doubles as the fish & chip shop. We are also within walking distance of the magnificent Waddesdon Manor and The Dairy (part of Waddesdon Manor and also a wedding venue in the village). We have a sunny patio area outside the doors of the Studio that visitors are welcome to use on warmer days. We are a social couple and we work full time but we endeavour to meet and greet our guests. We like to respect our guests privacy also. Waddesdon is a pretty village with a historical connection to the Rothschilds and Waddesdon Manor (National Trust). We are approximately 1 hour away from London (Marylebone) by train, the local station being Aylesbury Vale Parkway. There is a dedicated cycle/pathway from this station ( that goes across the fields to Waddesdon) for anyone arriving by train. However (as mentioned in 'Getting around') we are semi-rural and a car is advisable when visiting the village if you plan to explore the local area, but the pathway is a lovely walk! It is worth noting that we are also near Bicester Village, Claydon House and Stowe amongst others. Being in a semi rural village a car is a must for visiting the area. But facilities within the village are within walking distance. Complimentary tea & coffee, milk & water filer. We are happy to provide a complimentary continental breakfast if required. At the moment this is primarily offered at weekends. We can also help with any special requests for weekend stays if you are here for a celebratory occasion i.e. champagne, flowers, chocolates etc. Additional charges would of course be incurred. Indeed if you require anything please let us know by messaging us in advance if possible.
