Family home. Can accommodate 6-8 adults/children plus baby. House within 30min train ride to Edinburgh (every 15 min). Can sleep up to 8 but guest would need to bring air mattress and bedding for 2 to sleep on floor space within nursery. 2 rooms with Kingsize beds (one set up as single daybed unless requested) Further room with bunk beds and fourth room with cot or optional for guest to bring air mattress. Excellent facilities inc. BT TV, Wifi, Washer, En-suite, BBQ , private parking. A very spacious and well equipped house, with everything you might need for home from home holiday. Perfect for families with young children looking for a base to travel central Scotland. Short driving distance to lots attractions (including Blair Drummond, Edinburgh Zoo, Deep Sea World, Tall Ship). Listing includes lots of toys, outdoor and indoor, and Disney DVDs to keep them entertained while in. All areas apart from Garage and three of four wardrobes. Please treat our home well, as it really is our pride and joy. We are letting out our entire home and will clear enough space for you to unpack and make your stay comfortable. We want you to enjoy our using our home, and are happy to remain contactable throughout your stay to answer any queries not covered in the house manual. If at anytime we are not going to be contactable we will be sure to make alternative arrangements. We live in a lovely street with very helpful neighbours, so you'll never be stuck! Lovely neighbours. Quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for children playing out front. Lovely (5km) walkway/cycle path that surrounds the development. Three children's play parks within walking distance. Supermarkets nearby (Tesco, Morrison, Aldi) which you can walk or cycle to, along cycle path. Lots of restaurants in town centre and nearby village of Linlithgow. Lots of recommendations in our guest folder, if you'd like to eat out. Bus ride or 2 mile walk to train station. Taxi 5 minutes roughly £5.00 each way.
