Will except 1-2 extra children for an extra 15.00 per night upon per person upon request. An attached large, private Apartment with separate stairway. Inc: 2 bdrms, 1 large bath, kitchenette (huge table), & den. Back porch-table and umbrella. No neighbors, wooded. Accommodating hosts. Cloudland Canyon State Park 1/2 mi. away. Only 30 minutes to Downtown Chattanooga Five minutes to Trenton-More dining options. Strict adherance to 4 people only for price listed. Wood Grilled Pizza, Meat and 3 Diner, Snack Bar, and best restaurant in the Chatt. area. Dollar General. In Trenton (bottom of Mountain - 6 minutes) Jefferson's, 3 Los Amigos, Guthries, and more. Also, 3 large grocery stores. The apartment has a large, kitchenette (Large table -8 guests at one time). Space contains a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pod machine. There is a fire pit avail in back yard for bonfires. Hot dog and marshmallow roasting sticks are available upon request. There is an information book and park map in the apartment to give you information about dining, park, and local happenings. The only shared spaces are laundry room, deck and screened-in porch. Just let us know if you need information or anything else that will make your stay perfect. One of the hosts will be available most of the time if there is a question or if you need something that will make your stay more enjoyable. We are very laid back. We will give you space and privacy, but very communicative when you need us. Within 3 miles of the home, there is a quickie mart (Canyon Quick Stop) and 3 restaurants: Mountain Top Cafe - Country Cooking Wood Oven Pizza - (Brown bag) Canyon Grill - Upscale, but very casual dress (Brown bag) Other neighborhood events and happenings will be posted in a notebook Chattanooga offers free electric bus shuttle and has city bike service to the main downtown areas and attractions. Chattanooga is also known for its local live music. Chattanooga, near the river, also has outdoor rentals for kayaks, stand-up paddle boats, etc... In addition, there are riverboat and duck boat tours available. There is 1 (indoor/outdoor) cat on the property, she is not allowed in the upstairs, private area of the home.
