We are located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Batesville, the oldest city in Arkansas. It is a newly renovated home that dates back to 1877. Beautiful wood floors, exposed chimneys and wavy glass windows will give you the feeling of going back in time. Walking distance to all downtown attractions. While the space is attached to our home, you will have private parking, private entrance and the entire upstairs to yourself. You will have as much privacy as desired. GUEST SUITE- Located on the 2nd floor of the home with one bedroom, living room and bathroom. Living room holds an entertainment area, office area, dining area, coffee bar, and sitting area that faces downtown; the perfect place to drink your coffee or read a book. While the first floor is occupied, the entire upstairs is actually vacant. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind. PARKING- Private off-street, covered parking. ENTRANCE- Private 2nd floor entrance with smart code for easy self check-in. WIFI- WiFi availabe, Scan the QR Code sign on the desk for quick access. LIVING ROOM- Sectional sofa, coffee table, 65" TV with Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu and more. Additional sitting area with 2 chairs and end table. BEDROOM- Queen size bed, chair, dresser, reading lamp, electronic charging dock, TV with same above services, closet, hangers, iron, ironing board, steamer, and interior wooden shutters that allow for as much or little light as desired. BEVERAGE BAR & FRIDGE- Selection of coffee, teas and cocoa. Kuerig, microwave and refrigerator. Filtered water and creamers in the fridge. Wine bottle opener, wine glasses, cutlery, cups, plates, bowls and to-go coffee cups. DINING AREA- Dining table and 2 dining chairs. BATHROOM- Spacious area with both shower and tub options. We provide travel amenities such as facial wipes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. OFFICE AREA- Desk, chair and lamp with laptop/study space. Easy access to plug in electronics. Area guidebook and literature for helpful tips to execute a perfect stay in Batesville. We will give you as much space as desired. However, we are available and happy to help with anything you need during your stay with us. We are glad to interact and leave initiation to you. Downtown Batesville has many attractions. Antique or retail shopping, restaurants, art galleries, 4 restaurants, an ice cream parlor, coffee shop and a movie theater are all within walking distance. If you’re heading anywhere other than downtown we recommend driving. You will find parking is easy to find throughout the town. If you’re going anywhere on Main Street we recommend a nice stroll to absorb some history and quaint cityscape! WiFi is available. Both the bedroom and living room have TVs with access to multiple streaming services.
