The Lounge The spacious lounge is bright and spacious with a white wood floor. The settee is very comfortable and can sleep one extra guest, but you need to bring your own bedding & towels. The Ground Floor The ground floor contains: Two large double bedrooms White wood floors A bathroom with high spec power shower A sunroom with large picture window overlooking the garden and sea Large double wardrobe in the hall provides ample storage space There is also a travel cot & high chair available. All bedding & towels included for the 2 double rooms for 4 guests Outside Outside there is a good sized garden with: A decked patio Picnic bench & BBQ Chiminea (Mexican outdoor heater (Website hidden by Airbnb) sun loungers & other chairs - ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. There is a small driveway to the front of the property with parking for one car plus on road parking for more. Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area. Snowdonia National Park is just a stones throw away and the stunning Cader Idris only a 10 minute drive from the Retreat. As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island & the Llyn Peninsula, the beach house is also only 5 mins walk from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more. Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £299 for any stay. The property sleeps 4 people, by utilizing the large, comfy sofa we can accommodate another guest, £35 supplement applies (bedding provided) Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking. If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement. Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season. It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
