In my house you can live like local and feel like home House is 10-15 minutes away from airport, you can walk to big Micronesian mall where’s theirs food court, restaurants around the area from there catch the bus to GUAM PREMIUM OUTLET SHOPPING MALL. TUMON BAY SHOPPING and BEACH is 10 minutes away. Spacious yard for kids to play and enjoy the sun... Sometimes house manager will meet and greet and give you a walk through around the house and if you need anything just send me an email or text and I’ll try to help as much as I can My house is very close to new hospital GRMC its just across marine drive way, the biggest Micronesian mall just a walk from my house, very quiet neighborhood ,Guam has one of the most beautiful beach and sunset..... Rent a car, taxi or download Stroll Guam”s like Uber or walk to the mall and from there you can take bus all over Tumon bay and Guam premium outlet No smoking inside the house but can smoke outside the yard, shoes must be place in shoe box, HOUSE SLIPPERS is provided.
