An adaptable space with single bed and desk or can be converted to a cosy twin. The room has an en-suite shower and toilet, also WiFi. We are in a community setting with good transport links & short walks to local shops, quayside & city centre. The house is a modern home with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which can be rented through Airbnb. It also has 3 showers and 4 toilets and we have a spacious garden and large dining room, so the space doesn't feel crowded. The house has access to fibre broadband through Wifi. The house is located in the centre of St Thomas area of Exeter, on a community green, 4 minutes walk from local shops, 15 minute walk from the quayside and 20 minute walk to the Cathedral Green in the City Centre (all timings taken from (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps). Exclusive use of a comfortable bedroom with a en-suite shower, desk, free WiFi access and use of kitchen, dining room and a generous sized garden. We live in the house and work during week days. We are happy to spend time to chat and offer advice on local amenities and attractions or leave guests to themselves if they prefer. The house is set on a lovely community green and feels very tranquil compared to the surrounding terraced housing. Local shops are a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes walk to the quayside and 20 minutes walk to the town centre, with excellent transport links - there are regular buses on Cowick Street (4 minute walk) and it's a 7 minute walk to Exeter St Thomas train station. The house is a large 4 Bedroom house with 4 toilets and 3 showers so there's no issues with queues for the bathroom. Internet access is a fibre link, so the WiFi should be smoking fast.
