House is situated in quiet housing area with friendly neighbours. There are 2 large supermarkets in the village and a petrol station. A pub and a few handy local shops. Near by, Bawtry is perfect for an evening out; lots of restaurants and bars, only a 10 minute drive/taxi ride. Tickhil has some lovely pubs and shops and can be walked to across the fields or is a 5 minute drive away. There is free parking for one car on the property. There is free street parking if needed but it can get busy. There are a few shops, supermarkets and eating places within an easy walking distance and there are local busses to surrounding towns and villages. The property is close to the A1 motorway meaning there is a possibility of distant road noise. The house is over 3 floors making it lovely and spacious but there are lots of stairs!
