Apartment L14 for up to 5 people with paid parking

Quiet apartment for five people with paid parking (reservation needed). There are five single beds and a kitchen and a private bathroom next to the apartment. It takes 40 - 50 mins to get to city centre by public transport. There is a bus departing at the same street. By car it takes around 25 mins. Please feel free to contact me if you have any price requests for a certain number of people or days. Also shorter stays are maybe possible. The apartment has one big room with 5 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic necessities and a table with enough space for 6 people. The bathroom is furnished with a shower, one sink and a toilet. Although it is only used by this apartment it is on the opposite side of the floor. The apartment is in a new building which has 5-7 apartment units which are also rented out to short term guests and is accessible via a corridor. All doors can be locked. The apartment is situated in the 22nd district of Vienna. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly and with a lot of green. You can have a relaxing walk or go jogging. The next bus station is just 100 m walk and 3 bus lines stop there which all go to the next metro station. There is parking in front of the house and on the street. This apartment was intially used by workers who stayed in Vienna due to their work. Therefore, the furniture is simple but all necessities are provided and we are improving constantly with decorations etc. to make you feel comfortable - upated pictures will follow.
