PORTO CITY/ BEACH HOUSE - 9 min from PORTO

My apartment is at 150 meters from the beach, it is modern, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, 1 oven, 1 fridge, 1 microwave and all the material needed for a kitchen. There is also a washing machine and I have a place to hang clones to dry. The apartment has sun almost all day and has a balcony with 7 meters and a hammock for rest. The building has 2 bars / cafes, 2 mini-markets, a kiosk (with international newspapers), 1 hairdresser, women's clothing store and several restaurants within a few minutes walking. The apartment is located 5min to the center of PORTO city which is visited by millions of tourists and known around the world. At 150 meters from the apartment is the beach where you can enjoy a walk along on path created in wood inside the beaches and another parallel path for bicycles for about 20km connecting to Porto. It has a landscape that calms our spirit and soul. . They have access to the building's wifi. . Channels on cable TV. . My guests will always be helped by me with all the subjects that they need to enjoy every day of their vacations. . The beach in front of the apartment, received an award as one of the best beaches in EUROPE. . All the beaches have BLUE FLAG (that means that all the beaches have cleaned sand and good water quality) . It is a peaceful area to walk during the night and day. . They are great beaches for you to do SURF, KITSURF, LONGBOARD .... . There is a bus stop 100m from the apartment, to visit PORTO / GAIA. . Taxi service. .
