This villa is located in a quiet residential area in Benijofar, about 45 min drive south of Alicante airport (ALC) or 45 minutes north of Murcia airport. The house and the outdoor area are on one level, with no stairs. The house has floor-to-ceiling windows with a nice view of the private outdoor area. Three bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, private secure parking, and a beautiful garden with a private pool to cool off on hot summer days. Close to shops, local restaurants, and water parks. Only 20 minutes away from Torrevieja or 50 minutes to Alicante. The home has automatic air conditioning connected to all rooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Smart TV and audio system and a portable Bluetooth speaker for outdoor use. There is no cable tv, but the house has a high-speed fiber connection and WiFi to watch Netflix, HBO, and other streaming services. When you arrive at the house you will be welcomed by our key host. She will hand over the keys and show you the basics of the house. Check-in starts at 3 15:00 (3 PM) and check-out at 11 AM. Late check-out is possible upon request if we don't expect new guests on the same day. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the small town of Benijofar. Our closest neighbors are from Netherlands, Scotland, and the UK and spend their vacation time here. We recommend renting a car at the airport. The vast majority of rental companies are represented. We have good experiences with Avis, Hertz, and Sixt. Remember to inform the rental company about your flight number if you have a late flight. Then personnel will wait until you arrive even in the event of delays. Please note that we only allow check-ins on Mondays during the high season (June - August) and the minimum stay is 7 days. The pool is cleaned once a week, usually every Friday. Once a month our Gardener visit to take care of the plants etc. Both have a key to enter the garden area.
