Will allow you to make daily fascinating trips in different locations by train or car: Cinque Terre (25 min), Portofino (25 min) Genova (35 min); The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Liguria, Sestri Levante with the famous beach Baia del Silenzio, one of the top 20 best beaches in the world according to the TripAdvisor. - It's a pearl of the Italian Riviera. The city is situated on a peninsula and surrounded by three sides of the Mediterranean Sea. Miles of picturesque beaches have been attracting thousands of tourists for a long time. The Villa has a centenary history. This is a traditional stone house, designed in authentic Italian style: the arches from the old red brick, the ceiling is lined with large wooden beams, fireplace, pizza oven. On the first floor: - magnificent living room with fireplace, a white leather sofa and a large TV; - cozy and spacious dining room, combined with kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and everything needed for cooking, as well a pizza oven; - bathroom with a washing machine. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. There are double beds (extra single beds) and a wardrobes. From the window of each room has a wonderful view of the mountains. One of the rooms is equipped with shower cabin and toilet. And on the same floor there is a toilet. On the third floor there are a mansard and a large terrace with breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. During the day you can take a sun bath and in the evening enjoy the sunset. There is also a beautiful patio with a large dining table. Here you can enjoy breakfast, organize romantic dinner or aperitif after a nice beach day or have a barbecue, admiring the amazing scenery of mountains. The Villa is situated on a hill, just a few minutes drive to the center of Sestri-Levante, the railway station and the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Sestri Levante offers all the services you may need: supermarkets, pharmacies, numerous restaurants with seafood specialties and regional cuisine menu, pizzerias, bars, entertainment for children and adults in the evening. There is also a sports center with big swimming pool, tennis court, horse riding club. There is a bus stop in 50 meters away from the Villa. A trip to the city center and beaches are 10 - 12 minutes.
