Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly updated cabin across the street from the river. Firepit outback and place to unwind with a barbecue. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen with utensils. Great place for a long walk. Still needs some trim and painting but should be done shortly. Bring your boat or kayaks for a quick drive to the DNR boat launch. Five minutes away from Ferris State. Perfect place to stray while you come visit your student! This property is a 1000 sq ft home with everything you need to relax. Right now I have two full beds, one in each room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home could be wheelchair accessible. It has 2 steps to get into the home. If a small ramp is something you are interested in let me know and I will make sure there is one available. You will have your own driveway with plenty of space for cars or boats. You probably won’t see me as I don’t live on the property, so make yourself at home. This is a lake/river life-type property with a peaceful atmosphere. You can see the river from the house with access just down the street at the DNR boat launch. There is a gas station/convenience store that is about a half-mile away. Drive, walk, or bike. The doors are shorter then normal due to this being a very old cabin, so if you over 6,2” I don’t want you to hit your head. The lights in the living room are bright. There is a switch by the door to reduce them to be only one light.
