Our quiet 3 bed house is surrounded by the large and pretty gardens of our 18th century barn. Comfy and spacious abode with wood-burner, it is within walking distance from fresh baguettes and croissants in the village. Close to the picturesque city of Montargis with all its shops and cafés. Charming three bedrommed house with private gardens and ample parking space, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in a central position, ideal for visiting numerous places of interest from North Burgondy to Loire Valley. The house is not very modern but comprehensively equipped and tastefully decorated. It offers a cosy and comfortable environment to relax with delighted views over the garden and the pond. On the ground floor is the beamed lounge / dining room with a beautiful wood-burning fire place and oak flooring, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilets. Whilst upstairs, which is accessed from a narrow oak spiral staircase, you can find the bedrooms: first bedroom has two single beds 90X200, second bedroom has one single bed 90X190 and third bedroom has one double bed 140X190 with toilets. Our guests are very welcome to wander around the garden which offers plenty of space for children to run about and play. Guests should note that there is a pond in the garden; therefore, young children should be supervised at all times. The place is very private and you will hardly notice that Neighbors live across the drive.
