Stalham Staithe Retreat, Apartment, Norfolk Broads

A modern, bright, clean 1st floor apartment located in a private development in Stalham Staithe. 1 min walk to the river/boat hire. Close to the village of Stalham, 5 min walk away, which boasts a variety of local shops and eateries. Surrounded by the Norfolk Broads, 15 minute drive to the heart of the Norfolk Broads- Wroxham or 10 minutes to the beautiful unspoilt coast. Great location for boating, relaxing on the beach, walking, fishing, nature and bird lovers. Check my guidebook for more. The apartment is open plan with fully equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dulce gusto coffee machine. There is a small table and seating area for 4 people. I leave complimentary tea, coffee, coffee pods, fresh milk and biscuits for your arrival. There are also basic kitchen supplies such as washing up liquid, cloths, anti bac, bin liners, and a first aid kit. The lounge area has a cosy flame effect electric fire, smart TV, DVD player coffee tables, and a comfortable L shape settee which opens out as a sofa bed, but which can also be used to stretch out and relax on. WiFi is available. There is a selection of dvds board games and books. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside cupboards with lamps and USB power points. The single bedroom has a hanging rail and bedside cupboard with lamp. Both bedrooms have black out blinds in addition to the pull down blinds. All bed linen is provided with both firm and soft pillows to suit your preference. There is a shower room with complimentary toiletries. Towels and bath mat are also provided. There is a separate cupboard in the hallway to hang coats. During warmer weather there are 2 fans available, a tower fan and smaller table top fan. Whole apartment I am happy to be contacted for advice/ help during your stay. Located in a tranquil private close, just across the road from the river and boat yard. Surrounded by the Norfolk Broads, short 10 minute drive to the unspoilt sandy Norfolk coastline and the popular seal colony at Horsey and 30 min drive to the beautiful historic city of Norwich. Local bus service within 5 minute walk, nearest train station at Wroxham, 13km away and airport at Norwich, 29km away. Broads Authority regulations stipulate that I am only able to accept bookings for "holiday use only". DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, I AM TAKING EXTRA STEPS TO CLEAN AND SANITISE FREQUENTLY TOUCHED SURFACES BETWEEN RESERVATIONS AND LEAVING DATES EITHER SIDE OF THE RESERVATION TO FACILITATE THIS. A welcome book with details of many local amenities and leaflets are available in the apartment.
