Luxury Guest Suite in Perth Hills

The guest suite has a lounge, bedroom with Queen-sized bed, kitchen & bathroom with spa bath & separate shower. Access to swimming pool. The house is set on 30 acres of part formal gardens and part bush. Lots of bird life and native fauna and flora. The grounds are extensive and there is a chapel hidden amongst the trees. There are lots of lovely, peaceful areas to sit and read a book or just take in the beautiful surroundings. The guest suite is self-contained and has independent access and is separate from the main house. There is car-parking very close to the suite. Guests have full access to the garden and can take walks in the Regional Park adjacent to the property. As the host works, there will be some weekdays when there will be no-one in the main house. The host will always be present in the evenings. There are several good local pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes drive of the property. There are supermarkets, cafes, art galleries in Mundaring, also 5 minutes drive away. The property is very close to the Great Eastern Highway and only 20 minutes from the airport. There are buses from the highway to Midland where there is a train station for trains to Perth City. We have friendly dogs on the property who do wander around the garden. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen and a large LCD television in the lounge with Foxtel.
