There is a separate toilet and vanity You have access to a guest lounge area plus breakfast in the family dining area or on the deck. We are here to help with anything you may need during your stay. We are situated on the fringe of Hamilton City. It takes 15 mins to walk to the City centre. There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance plus 2 petrol stations close by. It's an easy walk to the Rugby Stadium 700m. Claudelands Event Centre is 1.4km. Seddon park is 1.2 km. Parking is available on our property. There is a bus station within walking distance plus a bus service that passes the gate. There's a flight of stairs up to this area.
