Private terrace looks out to Pyrenees with sunsets over Mount Canigou. Scenic walking and cycling on your doorstep or head to Falgos for golf & spa. Med resorts of Argeles & Collioure only 1 hr or pool & lakes nearby. Head to Figueres & Dali Museum or Ceret & it’s modern art museum for your culture fix! Very tranquil and relaxing if you just need to chill but lots to see and do too. Daily bus to Perpignan but Recommend car to make the most of your stay. Proximity to Spain means you can go french or very Spanish for dining with good restaurants St Laurent de Cerdans (5mins), Arles sur Tech & Prats de Mollo (15 mins) or head Tapis (15 mins) or Massanet for some traditional Spanish food. Ceret’s Modern Art museum has an excellent Picasso collection and the Dali Museum In Figures is an experience not forgotten. Girona is a gem even if not a Games of Thrones fan and Barcelona can be done as a day trip. Even had one guest who went to Andorra for the day! If looking for typical french market then it’s Saturday in Ceret. Mediterranean beaches under an hour. Welcome pack on request. Single bed can be made available in lounge area again on request. Your apartment is totally private and not shared with the rest of the household. You also have a private terrace. We live on the premises in the main house and are happy to provide information on local area. We also offer dinner nights for an extra charge. This is a rural area so you will enjoy the outdoors but there is plenty to visit and enjoy all within an hour. Ceret is probably favourite with our visitors with its modern art museum and Saturday market. Favourite restaurants Fred’s and Le Jardin or just sit and have a coffee in the many cafes and watch the world go by. Figueres is a must visit with its Dali museum but I love Gerona which is just under an hour away. If it’s the sea you’re looking for then Collioure is fabulous but very crowded in summer so we can point you in the direction of slightly less popular but equally lovely beaches to visit.
