Quiet private room in West Auckland home with separate entrance. The room is in a four bedroom house within 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. Plenty of secure parking available on premises. As well as the queen size bed , the room has a wardrobe, desk/console, chairs, bedside tables, lamps, luggage rack, & a kettle and toaster available. We also provide tea, coffee and milk. Separate bathroom included, with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Note: bathroom is not an ensuite. There is an outdoor area with a table and chairs that you can use during your stay. This is the only area where smoking is allowed. We would love to welcome people personally, but if that is not possible , we will supply you with the code for the key box placed next to your entrance. We are just a phone call or an email away. Quiet West Auckland neighbourhood, situated close to a train station with a direct line to the city centre or other transport HUB's. Suburban setting while also being located a short drive away from the lovely NZ outdoors - Waitakere Ranges and famous West Auckland Black Sand beaches. 5 minute casual stroll to the train station. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to local shops, cafes and restaurants. 40 minutes drive to famous West Auckland beaches - Piha and Muriwai
