Large finished basement room in Nice Ranch Home

GOOD REFERENCES REQUIRED Ranch house in newer residential area. (No Kids) Basement entrance. Living room with TV. Wi-Fi. Queen bed, Twin bed and a comfy couch are available. No pets or children. This area has one large room and another area with a twin bed and a couch. This room exits into a common living room where one finds the shared bathroom and two other rooms that may be rented at times. A second bathroom is on the main floor which is upstairs. We love being super hosts, but we again ask that no children or pets be brought to our home. Both off street parking in our driveway to the left off-set and on street parking is available. Limited Uber. There is a community "L Cat" bus that will pick one up upon request, but it takes some time Mapes of Emporia and the area are in the rooms. No pets of any kind by owner or by guests.
