Cozy house Kalamata beach

Sunny, cozy, spacious, clean ground floor house, close to the port and the center of Kalamata and a few steps from the beach. The house has 2 rooms, one bedroom with one double bed and one living room with one double bed with a bunk bed and one sofa bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary things which will make your stay comfortable. There are air-conditions in both rooms, a solar water heating with continuous hot water and wi-fi. In addition, there is a large yard with a small garden in front of the house that the guests can relax. My father lives next to the house and he is wiiling to help you in anything you need. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and opposite the house there is a little square with a fountain and flowers. Near the house there are supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, several taverns, beach bars, cafes and much more. It is very nice to stroll the beach either on foot or by bike. The airport is located about 10 kilometers. The bus stop is very close. Parking is easy around the house.
