Self-contained flat in charming coastal village

LLANFAIRFECHAN, North Wales A first floor, self-contained flat with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. The property is situated in a charming victorian coastal village, overlooked by the Carneddau Mountains and within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, bus stops, train station and shops. Just off the A55 the property is in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area and visiting places such as Conwy Castle, Caernarfon, Bangor, Llandudno or Snowdon. Kitchen - The kitchen has all of the basic amenities including microwave, slow cooker, toaster and Cafetière. The cupboard contains tea bags, coffee, filtered coffee, sugar, small selection boxes of cereals, salt and pepper. There is washing up liquid, tea towel and dish cloth plus extra bin bags and a kitchen roll supplied. There is a drop-leaf table that is set up to comfortably sit 3 people but can be extended to accommodate 4. [Now includes washing machine.] Bedroom - The bedroom has a double bed and single bed and could also accommodate a travel cot (no extra charge), if required please ask. The beds are made up for each guest’s visit with protective premium bamboo mattress protectors; anti-allergy and bed bug proof. Including a duvet protector and waterproof pillow protectors. The bed linens, all protectors and throws are all washed after each guest. For extra comfort the beds have mattress toppers for extra comfort. Bathroom - The bathroom comes equipped with toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap. There are white hand towels and bath towels located in the bedroom for guests to use. All Guests to checkin themselves unless assistance is required. Bedroom: There is a TV in the room with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos.
