GYPSY WAGON

'Millies Vardo' is a small (8msq) unique hand built wooden caravan, situated at the bottom of a grassy field, sheltered by trees. A private rural hideaway to immerse yourself in nature and relax. The wagon has a small double bed, and a mini kitchen, which is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, and cookware. It also has a gas burner and dining table with 2 chairs, and a small woodburner for cooler months. It has solar lighting and phones can be charged. There is WIFI on site but not in the cabin. All bedding and towels are provided as is tea and coffee. There is a small fridge (cool box). Outside there is a private BBQ area (wood is provided) It has it’s own shower room just outside the front door, with hot and cold water and a composting toilet. The wagon is great for couples or single people, but is too small for children or pets. If you want to bring a child or a pet we have a bigger cabin available, (Hobbit House) which is also on Airbnb. Guests have access to a large overground pool, (shared with 2 other cabins (4 people) their own private BBQ area, a hammock, sun loungers, they can help themselves to fresh produce from the vegetable garden and fresh eggs are available. There are lots of nice local walks, with beautiful scenery. The property is accessible via ‘woodland steps’ so only able bodied people should choose this holiday. The wagon is a small space, so compact luggage is a good idea. There is space under the bed to store your luggage. This is a Glamour Camping holiday, 'Glamping' like camping but more comfortable, a bed in a shed. Nicer than a tent but not a hotel. It is set in a rural environment, there are dogs, cats, chickens. bugs, and wildlife, if you have allergies, fear or dislike to any ,of the above you may need to consider this when booking. We have mountain spring water so encourage guests to refrain from bringing plastic bottles to the property, we operate a zero waste policy, any rubbish/recycling you produce must be removed to the local bins in the village when you vacate.
