Modern and luxurious close to Verbier, light, large open space. Perfect Alpine Winter/Summer wonderland. Located in Les Collons, stylish, wonderfully comfortable, many guests return every year. 4 Valleys ski region, 140kms, it has stunning views of Matterhorn, large balcony, 114 sqm, laundry room, ski boot room, parking and ski in. 2 minute walk to bus or 8 minutes to ski lift.50m away is a bar and restaurant, other bars are reached by foot. Brilliant in the Summer! Loved by all. The views are stunning over the Matterhorn and evenings can be spent on the large wrap around balcony having a sundowner, or snuggled round the large fire, cooking dinner in the well stocked kitchen, playing many of the numerous games or DVD’s or watching Netflix. There is a fondue set, power showers, BBQ, sun loungers and everything to make your stay very comfortable. There is parking for 2 cars (one inside garage one directly outside) and a laundry room. I am available via email or phone for help and advice and recommendations. There is someone on hand in the resort to support you too (except Sundays and after hours) There is also a local tourist office. The village of Les Collons is easy to walk around and has everything one needs. Lovely bars and cafes and restaurants, supermarket, shops as well as an ice rink with an outdoor bar, wonderful play ground and great ski lifts for the winter. There is also an indoor pool at Thyon (6 minutes drive).The slopes of Verbier are a 40 minute ski away or you can stay local and ski in Les Collons, Nendaz and Veysonnez. The brand new Spa Hotel Eringer hotel has opened, lovely to ski to for a drink or to dine but in the summer you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor spa. Walking, skiing or driving. There is also a free bus to all the ski lifts in Les Collons and Thyon as well as a bus to Sion. Bus is 35m downhill or 50m uphill from the front door The walk to the nearest ski lift is 8 minutes You can ski in to our garage in the right snow conditions! Very well stocked kitchen including a fondue set. Wonderful balcony with sun lounger and BBQ Minimum booking of one week for Xmas and New Year Rentals. Saturday to Saturday rentals during ski season, only. December 20 - April 20 (for shorter rentals in January and March/April please enquire) No parties under the age of 27 years old and no bachelor parties toilet paper and soap provided, plus duvet and pillows Extra charges for linen rental (or bring your own) and local minimal tourist taxes I am unable to accept last minute bookings starting on a Sunday. If you are checking in on a Sunday please double check first, I respond quickly. There is a direct flight from London to Sion and buses up to Les Collons in winter. Sion is about 20 minutes away. You can be on the ski slope the same day you leave home. In Summer the location is an adventure playground with the most stunning hiking and mountain biking or music festivals nearby. Tennis courts, table tennis and golf courses, E biking, disc golf, horse riding and scooters. Montreux is about 45 minutes away and is worth a whole day to explore and relax. The local bus around Les Collons and Thyon is free and runs regularly.
