Charming Flat, Quiet with Parking

We have renovated our old Swiss farmhouse to include a separate apartment! We’re very excited to share it with you! We are either 18 minutes (by direct bus - 8) or 10 minutes by car away from the LOVELY Lausanne! SEE the map for a general idea of our neighborhood. The bedroom is a loft style, which opens into a living space (but is separated by a hallway etc.. Private flagstone terrace & mature gardens, large (new) bathroom with tub, shower and laundry, modern updated kitchen, this is the perfect pied à your stay in Lausanne ! We also have onsite parking for one vehicle, with a nearby visitor parking if needed. The apartment is fully self contained, however we happily share our courtyard parking. We invested in a lock box.... not because we don’t want to meet guests (but because as frequent Travellers ourselves we love the self checkin!) If you want a chat and to meet us, just let us know (we live next door), otherwise we will respect our guests privacy! 300m from our door is a lovely grocery store for stocking up (100m is an even better high end grocery but you need to be acclimatized to Swiss pricing lol). We are at the ‘petit mont’ bus stop of line 8, which is a direct bus to downtown Lausanne. Easy access to the market (2x a week), the parks, basically all the best Lausanne has to offer! We are very near a beautiful ravine which links up to some of the many hiking trails in the neighborhood. We have parking at our place... don’t risk a parking ticket! Thus tendy little apartment is spacious, clean and ready for guests! Our (new) renovation includes a bathroom (with tub/shower/washing machine, open kitchen dining, and private terrace. The living room features a chaise lounge and a fancy couch / bed that transforms into 2 singles. Travel cot / crib available also if needed! We do keeps dehumidifier running most of the time, as there has been a lot of rain- so for longer term stays we would ask that this get emptied! Also... we have 12 friendly chickens that graze in our backyard (our pets). They usually fly over so if you are profiting from the private terrace.... please note it’s not fully private from the girls!
