Great room with a beautiful mirrored dresser to store your clothes in as well as get ready right in your room, for extra privacy. Two twin beds, this way no need to share with the person you are traveling with! Your room will have a mini breakfast section with oatmeal and tea, please feel free to help yourself- Closet with plenty of hangers and space to hang your clothes as well as two comfy blankets in case you get chilly in the colder months! Feel free to cozy up I’m the living room or use our beautiful kitchen, you will need to bring your own coking supplies* but there is a microwave and coffee maker available as well as dishes, cups and silverware to make you feel right at home :) Not to mention two full bathrooms upstairs! So you never have to wait to use the bathroom to get ready! I am next door, as well as have a room in the home which I allow guests to book occasionally. Message me if you need anything, I try and make myself as available as possible for guests. Close to all/Astoria-Manhattan-Brooklyn (we are in the center of it all) Plenty of free street parking (just make sure you are not blocking somebody’s driveway) There is the Q27 bus around the corner that takes you to Flushing Main Street where you can catch the 7 train straight into the city-Or you can take a short uber ride to the Aurburndale LIRR station, only 5 minutes away and on weekends make sure you get a CityPass ( you pay 3$ one way and are in the city in 20 minutes!) For extended stays you are responsible for maintaining the space as we only charge one cleaning fee at checkout. This includes providing your own living amenities such as shampoo / conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. We provide your room with clean sheets / towels and the rest is up to you! There is a pet fee of 35 $ / week for your first pet and 10$ additional for a second pet. You must let the host know when brining a pet.
