Welcome to our spacious period home in south Manchester with easy access to both city centre and Chorlton. Our kitchen/ dining room gives you all the space you need for cooking and hanging out - or enjoy a cosy night in with a real fire in the living room. Two generous bedrooms, garden access and modern bathroom. All mod cons including dishwasher. We welcome families and smaller groups of friends looking to experience Manchester's vibrant city scene. Catch up and hang out with friends in our modern living space with all the beautiful period features you'd expect from a turn-of-the-century home. Access Manchester's thriving city with easy-reach public transport or reasonable taxi fare from our conveniently located home. Please be aware, we have a friendly cat, who stays while you Airbnb. He requires you to feed him morning and evening - and will definitely be joining you in the living room should you spark up the wood burner! Most of the house except some bedrooms will be available to you. As we live in the property we may have some wardrobes and cupboards which are restricted, but you will have plenty of storage space for your needs. You will have the house to yourselves. We are a short taxi/ bus ride into Manchester - it's day and nightlife continues to get better and better, whether it's culture, shopping, beer or dining which piques your interest. We're also a 20 minute walk to Chorlton's bars and restaurants. Closer to home we have a couple of neighbourhood bars which have great ale selections and cheeseboards, a local (well-known brand) supermarket for essentials and some nice takeaway options that deliver. We live on a friendly cul-de-sac - do say hi to the neighbours! Bus stop is 2 minutes away, tram stop 10mins. Nearest pub 5 mins or go a bit further, 20 minutes, for Chorlton's endless options. We have a cat.
