River House Guest Cottage

Totally updated, 450 square foot, one bath, studio apartment on the Muskegon River located just 3 miles south of Big Rapids. Our guest cottage is separate from the main home and totally updated. Enjoy access to the river from the large deck on our main home! Please note there is no TV but we provide high speed internet. Maximum of 2 adults only, no children or pets. *We have been fully vaccinated for Covid 19. If you haven't, please wear a mask while sharing our decks. No exceptions.* You'll have access to the river from the large deck on our main home as well as off street parking. If not vaccinated for Covid 19, please wear masks and social distance while sharing our deck. We love meeting people and sharing our love of the area. If we are home, feel free to knock on the door and spend some time with us! Our neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful place to spend time; yet we are only three miles from the restaurants and shops of Big Rapids! You'll need a car as there is no public transportation from our cottage. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the cottage or on the deck. Please use the lot across the street. Please read and follow check out instructions: Strip your bed linens (leave pillow shams on pillow) and leave by door Leave any used towels there as well Wash/dry & put away any dishes used Take home any food you brought in Put all furniture (outside & in) back where you found it Put garbage in the can outside along the walkway on north side of house Turn off air conditioning & close windows Please let us know when you leave so we can prepare for our next guests Thanks so much!
