The private terrace can be accessed through the house. Other things to note: This fully furnished and equipped house only shares a single wall with another part of the house. Only the back yard garden area and the wall-way are shared with two long-term tenants living in one ensuite on the bottom floor (which is completely separate from the main living area) who are mostly not at home. You have the entire first floor which (as above) has a private entrance, front garden and private-use terrace with a BBQ area. All 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms, laundry room are private use only for you. No shared living spaces. We welcome you to enjoy your home-away home! A quick 3 mins walk to the nearby Denistone train station and a 10 mins walk to Eastwood & West Ryde shopping. Plenty of groceries such as Woolworths and Coles are easily accessible through either Eastwood or West Ryde. Eastwood has a vibrant Asian culture with plenty of Chinese, Korean and Japanese (and more!) restaurants that offer affordable and more importantly delicious and authentic meals. West Ryde contains cozy and comfortable cafes along with a local West Ryde Library which houses a great range of books. There are a nearby Anytime Fitness and a McDonald's drive-thru along with a selection of restaurants and bistros too at West Ryde (about a 20mins walk away, 5mins drive). A quick 3min walk to the nearby train station means you won't require constant driving around to get to places. There is a train every 15-20mins on all days of the week that take you either towards Central (Sydney CBD) or towards the North Shire (Hornsby). A fast 16 min drive to the Sydney Olympic Park. A fast 22 min drive to The Raging Waters Sydney. The washing machine is placed at the back of the house under the patio, please help yourself when you need to do your laundry. - Please be careful when going down below the patio for your laundry or when going to the backyard as there is a slope. Stick to the left side and hold the handrail to ensure your safety.
