The house is located in a strategic position that allows you to reach, a few minutes by car, interesting historical and archaeological sites, one of the main Water Park in Italy and wonderful natural parks. The studio flat is only 100 m from the sea and is located on the second floor of a quiet and well-frequented block of flats. It consists of a comfortable and cozy room with sea and mountain views . It is equipped with a kitchen, a refrigerator, a frezzer, a sideboard equipped with all crockery, a multi-storey shelf, a wardrobe, a table, sofa bed for two persons and a bathroom with a shower. Moreover, there is a free parking space inside the building. The nearest airports are Lamezia Terme Sant'Eufemia (cod: SUF 86 km by car; a shuttle service operates during summer time) and Crotone-Sant'Anna ( 90 km by car) All The studio flat and parking are accessible to guests Upon check-in you will be welcomed directly by me or, in my absence, by a family member of mine. The Studio flat is located in an well equipped area with amenities including: lidi, restaurants (50 m), a supermarket (500 m) and a sport ground with tennis court and football pitch (60 m). Moreover, just in front the building there is a 5 km long bicycle and pedestrian lane that coasting along the gorgeous and wide beach of Corigliano to reach, in few minutes, the seaside resort of Schiavonea (the nightlife area) and the port. The house is located in an ideal position that allows you to make many interesting excursions of cultural and naturalistic interest, such as: - the old town and the ducal castle of Corigliano Calabro (6 km) - the old town and the diocesan museum of Rossano Calabro where the codex purpureos rossanensis is preserved (9 km) - museum and archaeological park of Sibari (11 km) - Sila National Park (30 km) - Pollino National Park (51 km) 1) I recommend moving with your own car / moto or with rental car/moto (local public transport is not the best).
