Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely two room apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only five minutes from the town of Sarzana and fifteen minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a double bedroom on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq. This house is the ideal spot for whoever wants to have a nice, relaxing, easy and calm stay in the hills surrounded by nature but still be very close to the seaside beautiful villages of 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro and Versilia, all reachable in a few minutes. Ideal also for whoever is into outside activities like mountain bike, hiking etc. You can also experience the many local "Festas", Sagre, with their typical local regional food and specialities and as well as the many events and happenings that spice up the Summer season. In the apartment, besides linen and towels, you will find other accessories as blankets, hairdryer and toiletries. In the kitchen there will be provided coffee, tea, salt, sugar, olive oil and Natural Water In the garden there is chairs, table, deckchairs and a bbq The TV is not Cable but there is the (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast device through which you will be able to login to all your Netflix, Hulu, Spotify etc. Animals and pets are admitted as long as they will get along with our two cats that freely roam outside in the property, also to be considered that the garden is not fenced. The Guests will enjoy the whole apartment with private access and private parking just a few steps from their front door. I will be more than happy to help my guests and give suggestions regarding places, activities and events as well as restaurants and bars. Inside the house you will also find a list and description of some of the many places you can reach from the house, timetables of the Ferries for Portovenere and the 5 Terre as well as a map of the hikes and trails surrounding the area. Very calm and tranquil area, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It is easy to encounter or at least hear some wildlife such as badgers, deers, little foxes, porcupines, that make this place unique. The House being on the country hillside it is not served by public transportation so it is best to have your own vehicle, car, motorbike, or bike.
