The House has a Ring doorbell camera system,that will record the Entry and driveway areas. Please press the button if you have trouble checking in. There is a bike track that passes by the house that leads to City or Beach.Adelaide oval is very easy to get to with direct access on the tram from the stop located 50m from our front door. All linen and towels are provided. All bookings require a fully refundable $500 security bond to be paid to the Host. This will be released once we have inspected the property for any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning needs. We also require the person who has the booking in their name to provide a copy of their Government issued photo ID. For example a passport or current drivers licence,etc. There is no tv in the outdoor area as shown in earlier photos. There is a Ring doorbell/camera installed at the entry of the house.
